Additionally, there's the flexibility for participants to independently start their own business if they prefer. Starting Salary: $75k annual salary with ICSC, standard benefits, and bonus

Term: 3 Years (JUNE 1, 2024 to MAY 31, 2027):
Year 1 (0-6 Months): Cost Engineer/Project Engineer

Year 1 (7-12 Months): Cost Engineer and Project Engineer
Year 2 (0-6 Months): Assistant Project Manager (Training in management and soft skills will be provided. Also, get the opportunity to be nominated as the researcher for GLCM - Columbia University https://www.glcm.info)

Year 2 (7-12 Months): Project Manager

Year 3 (0-6 Months): Project Manager and Executive with Life Coach

Year 3 (7-12 Months): Project Executive with Entrepreneur Training (ICSC CEO - Shirley Wu will provide director mentorship alongside entrepreneurship classes, 8 sections, 16 weeks)
If the participant is a current ICSC employee with a higher salary than 75K, the participant will stay with a higher salary.
The project manager must finish the projects assigned to her/him even when the program is finished.
2-YEAR PROGRAM (accelerated)
